Using methods that have been proven successful in reducing and managing stress (such as Breath Work, Mindfulness, Creative Visualization, and Movement and Stretching) you will have the opportunity to experience and explore how to incorporate the techniques that work best for you into your daily life, in support of your own health and well-being.

This Program is offered in both a Group format and in Personal Sessions.  Series will run for 9 weeks.  Please consider joining us.  There is NO FEE for this program.  Classes are Tuesday mornings 10 until noon.  Please note:   Registration is required as space is limited. 519-941-1221 or email Susan Stewart for more information.
