Alzheimer Disease
Alzheimer Disease is a degenerative, progressive disease that affects the brain. At present, there is no cure and no known cause. Alzheimer Disease and related disorders affect 1 in 13 Canadians over the age of 65. This disease affects over 420,000 Canadians; an estimated 1000 families in Dufferin County.
